About SmartERP

SmartERP is a multi-tenant workforce management solution developed by Six Star Consultancy. Any organization registered on the SmartERP web platform can allow their employees to use this app.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I get an account?

A: Accounts are created by your organization after they register with SmartERP. If you do not have access, contact your HR or system administrator. Your organization administrator can invite users from the SmartERP web portal.

Q: I can’t log in — what should I do?

A: Verify your email/phone and that your organization has activated your account. If the problem persists, clear app cache, reinstall the app, or contact support at support@sixstarconsultancy.com with a screenshot and the device details.

Q: Why does the app ask for location and camera permissions?

A: Location and camera access are required for attendance verification (selfie and geolocation). We only use location when you mark attendance. You can revoke permissions, but attendance verification may fail without them.

Q: What if I’m offline?

A: The app supports limited offline use. Attendance records captured offline are stored securely on the device and uploaded automatically when an internet connection is available.

Q: Where can I view my salary slips?

A: If your organization enabled salary slip delivery, you can view and download them from the Payroll / Salary Slip section in the app. Files are accessible only to the user and the organization.

Q: How do I apply for leave?

A: Go to the Leave section, fill in dates and reason, and submit. Your organization’s approver will receive the request and manage approval via the web portal.

Q: Who can see my attendance selfies?

A: Attendance selfies are accessible to your organization’s HR or admins for verification and record-keeping. We store them securely and retain them per your organization’s policy.

Q: Is there any charge for the app?

A: The mobile app has no in-app purchases. Subscription and billing for the SmartERP service are handled between Six Star Consultancy and the client organization outside the app.

Q: How do I request data deletion?

A: Contact support at support@sixstarconsultancy.com and include your account details and reason. Note: deletion requests may be subject to your organization’s retention requirements and legal obligations.
